The article questions the compliance of autonomous weapons systems with international humanitarian law (IHL). It seeks to answer this question by analysing application core principles regard use systems. As part discussion on compliance, also considers implications riskless warfare where non-human agents are used. presupposes that it is actually possible for AWS comply IHL in very broad and general terms. However, there a need discussion, acceptance, institutionalization interpretation classification as well expansion legal framework cater advanced technology. This will include system allocating attributing responsibility their use. article's results demonstrate consequences developing employing weapon capable performing important functions like target selection engagement autonomously role IHRL regulating these weapons, particularly human control over individual assaults.
